Donations and Contributions to the Choir Boys LEMC

The Choir Boys LEMC solicit your support and contributions.  These contributions may be in the form of cash or check in any amounts. Other acceptable donations may be the value of goods or services, such as providing food, drink, or entertainment; the donations of large prize items which may be raffled through ticket purchases with the proceeds going to the Choir Boys; door prize items of any type or value which can be freely given to ticket holders attending the event; or any other form of contribution or donation that will help raise money for our worthy cause.

The full value of all donations and contributions are fully tax deductible under the provisions detailed in Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Service Code which states that, “Contribution deductions are gifts, with no considerations received, and based on evidence that the club funds are dedicated to the purposes listed in Section 501(c)(3) of the Code.” 

Donations of:

$1,000.00 or more:  Your business will be designated as a Fallen Officer Run sponsor. Your business will be named in all print and advertising media; your business name and logo will be printed on all T-shirts, advertising flyers, signs and banners used to advertise the ride; and your business will receive a framed Certificate of Appreciation for display.

$250.00 to $1,000.00:  Your business logo will be printed on all advertising flyers, signs and banners used to advertise the ride; and your business will receive a framed Certificate of Appreciation for display.

Up to $250.00:  Your business or organization will receive a framed Certificate of Appreciation for display.
